Anthem Blue Cross Dental

Posted on February 1, 2010.
Anthem Blue Cross DentalDoes anyone out there know if Anthem Blue Cross Insurance how often they pay for dental cleanings?

my mother wants to know if regular dental cleanings should be exactly six months apart.

Every policy is different, some may have two dental cleaninings in a calendar year (January 1 to December 31). But what I found with a little blue cross dental insurane is that they follow the "six months" rule and just to be sure I plan for my patients with this rule 6 months + 1 day. It is best to call the member number printed on your insurance card and ask. (Your office denatl not know off hand, Blue Cross has thousands of different plans and each one is different even if the employer is the same group number may be different). I hope this helps.

no ........... but they can not be earlier than 6 months
