Blue Cross Dental Plans

I need a Blue Cross plan that covers dental braces, I prefer not to an HMO. When I go to their site to look at the different plans, I see nothing about any plan that states that e covers braces. Does anyone out there have a Blue Cross dental plan?

When I applied for health insurance through them, I signed for a base (I think it was called blue tooth almost 100 or something like that). They said the first year of the plan really does cover a cleaning twice a year, a set of X-rays, and most other dental procedures is not covered at all for 12 months. Good luck finding a plan, I know how to talk about insurance is confusing.
