can you die from having a disease chrons?

I've had since I was 11 and I became 41.

Crohn's disease is not fatal. It should not have a significant effect on life unless, like other medical conditions untreated.
Diet, stress levels and general health play an important role. I can not stress enough food. Many foods can be eliminated in order to fight against the disease. For example, sorbitol is a "natural" sweetener in many foods, and very aggrivates this condition.
With proper care, everything will be ok.

Yes you can. Mom had chrons Mo 'all my life, she fell to everntually an infection caused by the wear of his intestine. Infiltration, blocking, blood loss, dehydration and malnutrition are major concerns. Stay healthy! Flag
