The Healthiest Year of Your Life with Jon Barron, creator of baseline nutrition and author of Lessons from the Miracle Doctors.
Kevin: Yes, you talked about the disease and using herbs to help. When does someone know they need to have grass? I mean, is it fair for the disease or may be used for cleaning these things? I mean, I think many people get confused when they are clean and when to take herbal supplements.
Jon: Okay. Let's actually give a glance at the baseline of the health program. The baseline health is something of a summary of what I learned from virtually all physicians. Doctors like Dr. Christopher and Mr. Shultz and guys like that who do that, basically, programs to treat people as a whole and where it starts is that you must remove toxins from the body. Basically, we are now poisoned all the time by the choices we make and we have no control over. There are over 100,000 new chemicals are brand new, never existed, which were introduced into the environment over the last hundred years and they are out of control. You get in your water, your drinking water. Here's something many people do not know is that virtually all tap water you drink contains traces of pharmaceuticals.
Kevin: Yes.
Jon: All heart medications and drugs against cancer, etc., and people chemo when they urinate it goes in the water. There is nothing in the system of treatment designed to remove these things now. The amounts are low and the authorities say you should not because they are so small, but nobody really knows what the effect is to have these things every day for years is.
Kevin: And we do not know if they have a half-life or something like that, we?
Jon: No, we do not know. It's like a big experiment under way at the moment. I think we are getting strong indications that the results of the experiment, but a number that you have to clean things up and begins for most people with intestinal cleansing and detoxification. Not because it's the most important, but it's sort of s for two reasons. A is the area that we tend to concentrate most of the abuses of what we eat. I'll give you a good example of this. When I gave a lecture, a speech pro bono in the Virgin Islands a few years back for high school kids, I wanted to talk about health and nutrition, and I saw their eyes, that roll to the back of their head. They were weary of their minds. I said, all right, we'll give you guys another example, how many of you eat pizza? The crowd said yes. Have you ever thought about what you eat? Huh? Well, have you ever helped your parents put into wallpaper? About half of them have had and I said, what do you do with the wallpaper paste from? It is made of white flour and water. All right. You are therefore the crust is essentially wallpaper paste. Let's talk a little cheese. Have you ever used Elmer's glue? Who is represented on the front of the Elmer's glue? Elmer the bull.
Kevin: Yes.
Jon: Why? Like all pioneers of Elmer glue is now made from synthetic materials, but in the early days, all the glue similar to Elmer is mainly composed of the pump body, the stuff that makes cheese stringy. So when you eat pizza that you eat wallpaper paste and Elmer's glue. What do you think the chances of leaving us properly? This is one reason why we have to gut.
