Then after a diabetic diet plan if I am not diabetic be beneficial? I'm not diabetic, but it seems that following a diabetic diet plan to lose weight can be sensitive, as my falls mainly sweets and carbohydrates.
Then after a diabetic diet plan be beneficial to non-diabetic? Can I lose weight quickly as possible this way?
I cut the sugars and carbohydrates is a bare minimum could be a good thing, but I'm not sure.
If someone has an idea, please let me know!
Eating healthy is always a step in the right direction to stay healthy. Its great that you take this important step sure to include a good work-plan and you have a long and healthy life.
