Maple Oatmeal

Ingredients

water 3 / 4 cup
oats, dry 1 / 2 cup
® Sugar Free Syrup Cary v. 5 soup
A pinch of salt

Instructions for preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl microwave safe. Microwave at high 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Stir. Top fruit (optional)

Morning Rush-Hour Burrito

Ingredients

cream cheese, 1 tbsp low fat soup
6-inch flour tortilla 1a
strawberry jam, 1 tablespoon teaspoon sugar
EA New Zealand kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped 1

Instructions for preparation:

1. Spread the cream cheese on tortilla. Spread strawberry jam over half of tortilla.
2. Place slices of kiwi on the other half of the tortilla. Fold both sides and serve.

Ingredients

Ritz Crackers Reduced Fat 24a
Kraft Singles 2% milk, cut into squares 6 EA
thin slices of apples, cut into wedges 12 EA
24 pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions for preparation:

1. Top each cookie with a 2% milk, simple squares, and 2 pieces of apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
2. Place on microwave plate. Microwave at high 20 seconds or until 2% Milk Singles are hot and slightly melted.
