Diabetic Weight Loss DietNeed help with diet (diabetes) and weight loss?

I need serious help with meals for weight loss and being diabetic. I'm looking for someone who can give me some ideas for meals without sending me to a website. The sites that I can find, but I still find it difficult to pick and choose what is good and not good for me to eat. Being diabetic and trying to lose weight cuts I can eat a lot. I have it taken care of development so that helps. Please someone who is willing to help me find a meal plan that works for weight loss and being at the time please please please diabetes is very grateful for your help!

ps I can not eat much newspaper (allergy), and most fish (except talapia) makes me sick. I hope this helps!

But I did. And I have the perfect diet. Guaranteed to work and easy to hold.

Since you are allergic to dairy products, you're halfway there! My plan does not allow skim milk unless it is. So, no cheese, no butter, no cream, no cream sauces, no dessert, no cream, no chocolate milk (a little dark chocolate is good.) Is to also no means snacks that contain the cream or cakes such as Twinkies frosted. (And if you are diabetic, you should not eat these anyway.)

Thirsty? This is easy. Water. Are you in love with a soda? I was too. Here's how you beat that. Jump soda diet soda for a week. Then do soda for a week. Then go to the water, I prefer bottled water myself.

Talk to your doctor to refer you to a nutritionist diabetic. one we go (he is diabetic) is wonderful. you learn a lot!
