The effects that binge drinking is on a person? Hello, I am doing a health campaign in college binge drinking (mainly teenagers) and I wanted to know what social binge drinking has effects on a person. If you use to "alcohol sniffing, then please comment.
Thank you.
I used my college years. The list of effects is pretty bad. Reduced inhibitions can lead to unprotected sex, get into dangerous situations, sexual intercourse with the people you would not be restrained, etc. What about commercial The Walk of Shame is more is not true. It is humiliating to wake up next to someone and groan with disgust of what you did the night before. It's disgusting and degrading to put yourself in this situation where you do not respect yourself enough not to do these things.
The physical effects include hangovers are like the worst of the flu and can interfere with school work, going to class, study, get good grades, participation in social events, lack of volunteers or other commitments. I was embarrassed to have to make excuses about why I was able to attend things that I said I would.
You can actually cause damage to your body with dehydration and depletion of electrolytes if you exaggerate. It may take days to recover from a night of drinking more. Continue to do this and you can damage your liver.
Then there is driving. I am ashamed to say that I drove a car drunk. Fortunately, I did not kill anyone, but I cringe when I think about it. A friend told me he took cabs and if I passed it, but that does not relieve myself of the guilt that I could have changed so many lives by my stupidity.
It seemed fun at the same time. But after a bit, I had to realize that nothing was fun except maybe the first hour or so to go clubbing. There was no more fun afterwards. Just chasing the dragon. Try to get that initial feeling of relaxation and spend some time back. But the more you drink, the more he gets, not better.
I reduced to one or two drinks entirely. Now I only drink the tonic water without alcohol. I never thought I could say but I have more fun now. And I can still dance.
Ruining shirts throwing on them is not fun.
It makes you a good time.
excessive alcohol consumption usually means too much to drink, which leads to some unpleasant consequences:
Liver disease.
Diabetes.
premature aging.
Impotence!
Death (from liver damage, ulcers and use the car for growing trees at high speeds)
(I think the fourth draw the attention of many guys.)
rowdyyy! lol
