What are the best fat burning exercises to do at home because i cannot afford weightsor go to the gym? I need a good fat burning exercises to do at home and im so restrictive monetary o i cannot afford to go to the gym or weight, so all I have, I am the way and the floor.
What about running? thats the best way to burn fat, in addition to swimming laps, but I guess you do not have a pool.
If you weigh well and feel like you can not run, start walking. Stretches much it helps you better for the race and makes you feel better. Once you walk and stretch a lot to try to jog, then sprint to 100 backyard and coming in the Park / highway for a time with short breaks in between.
After all that you do (which will be atleast 1-2 months to feel comfortable doing so), then you'll be ready for sit-ups and push-ups. Start by UPS first outbreak, it tightens the chest and triceps built small easy and works the biceps. Then do sit-ups, which forms sticky and ABS.
You can take breask between sets. It is quite easy. Maybe do 100 sit-ups before going to bed one night, then 100 push ups before the next night bedthe.
Also keep in the race / walk. If you try to walk every day, If you do use every day (skip one day between sessions running.
