I had the flu five days ago, today I finally feel 100% or almost, I'm still contagious? The guideline for normal flu contagious period is about one week, but I got over it quicker, so I'm hoping that I am not contagious addition, anyone knowing the facts here? Thank you.
I also heard that you are contagious for some time, but if you feel better, I am sure that you are no longer contagious. Just to be safe, wash your hands a lot to prevent others from getting it. And it is nice to see someone who is concerned about germs pass on the others! If more people were like this, less people get sick. :)
