Foot Joint Pain

Posted on February 27, 2010.
Foot Joint PainJoint pain and foot in my left leg?

I get a shock like feelings in my left foot when I hit a vein, I also have joint pain in my ankle and knee. What is the problem?

Only a doctor can make a diagnosis, and
I'm not a doctor

It could be plantar fasciitis, bone
spur, plantar warts, or something
else.

Irritation of the foot creates
problems in the ankle, then knee, then hip,
then the spine. These problems
develop procedures to compensate
avoid foot pain.

Firstly, I might consider making shoes
that provide good support, especially
in arcs, and perhaps the ankles.
Look at the bottom of your shoes, and
see where they are and if
there is no difference between
traces of wear on your left and right
shoes.

If this problem persists, consult a doctor.
