gas pain?? All day I had this massive pain bad just below my ribs. The pain worsens when I take deep breaths. I had my appendix to and I can easily say that this pain is just as bad if not worse.
After spending a day at the school infirmary, the nurse said it could be gas, but I could be in too much pain for him.
What are the symptoms of gas and make my own to represent. I can certainly say that this pain is so bad inredibly. I did not need any time to fart more than usual, so maybe not.
What other symptoms from my point? "?

If you're in pain you should go to a doctor or hospital.
Gas - We all gas all the time (some of us are a little smelly or noisy)
A sign you die is when there is no bowel sounds, no gas. Gas pain can be terrible, but I know that other things can be similar.
