Glucosamine Studies

Posted on February 9, 2010.
Glucosamine StudiesIs it true that recent studies show that glucosamine is ineffective?

I was looking for a common good supplement to help me with playing sports and came across this site for a joint supplement.
http://www.naturaljoint.com/
He said that in quotes glucisamine is ineffective.

The site you really an advertisement for his own product consisting of antioxidants, and not specifically for the health of joints.

I found the following to be useful: Calcium 1200mg 1000-1200mg with Vit D3 citrate, 600 mg magnesium;
Bromelain 500mg, 500mg MSM, Collagen3 hydrolyzed, 500mg; hyaluronic acid 50 mg with 600 mg devil's claw, Boswellia (good for pain).

Glucosamine and chondroitin are generally used for joint pain compared to healthy joints.

Good luck

"Glucosamine HCl with Boswellia is effective mom think.My I consumed for joint pain and was found outside.
