Golf Back PainWhat to do about back pain while playing golf.?

I am quite capable physically, but I always had back pain to do tasks like working on a car engine (bending over with my head under the hood for hours at a time) and play golf. It seems to be related to muscle inflammation. Is this something that will disappear with sufficient training or am I damaging my back.

So it's just pain, I would not worry about it. My back became sensitive in similar circumstances and I'm only 27 ... I'm sorry, I do not know how old you are. One thing that has started to help is that I built back exercises (such as extensions and exercises Superman Returns) in my work. If you try to do an equal amount of back exercises for sit-ups or crunches you can do. If you are not working on you can always try stretching your back. You can do this simply suspended from a pole or flat on the floor and pulling your knees (one at a time or both) in the chest and taking a while. Hope this helps.

Naproxen sodium (Allevi) is good. It's the Advil. You could see a doctor - Only a doctor can determine if you damage your back (which you probably are) and if so to what extent and how best to treat it.

Auzziegob very best suggestion is to see a highly skilled neurosurgeon specialist or the nerve that will not just after your money!
