Head And Neck PainCan not drink caffeine and neck cause headaches?

I dieted for about 1 week now and I do not drink caffeine since I'm on a diet. I had severe pain in the neck and to his superiors for giving me a headache. Can drinking soda cause this?

I have not taken any type of caffeine for 25 years. So one week is nothing! Sodas are not good for you anyway. Even worse are those food. Withdrawal headaches because my and other symptoms. Be patient. neck pain, make sure that this is not your pillow. If you go back to try to control your caffeine intake, eliminating sodas and stick to a maximum of one cup of coffee per day.

You'll probably withdraw. It can cause many symptoms.

Oh, yes. You are certainly in retreat.

I'm on WW, and as long as I drink 48 oz of water a day, I let my morning coffee. It keeps the bad headaches at bay.
Your body wants caffeine. You must have weaned yourself slowly instead of stopping cold.

The headaches are probably caused by your body to remove the caffeine. It will probably disappear soon, but it depends on your body. So, yes not drinking soda is probably the cause of this. If you really want to drink soda, but do not want extra calories or caffiene, try drinking soda caffienefree.

I doubt it. Pain in the neck and head????

A headache yes, not no more.

Well, if you have a serious pounding sensation as what happens at the base of your neck and go to the back of your head (a terrible headache) Yes, it is probably due to a increase in blood pressure coffee. Or it may also be the removal of too much caffiene.

And like the other answers say, I have not read your question completely. This is certainly the withdrawal caffiene and drink a cup after that happens it end at a certain degree but it is too late. Keep drinking some kind of caffiene and it will not happen.
