Immune Diseases

I know that AIDS and leukemia are two diseases or immune disorders (I am sure that the proper word is stupid here), but any other disease would be helpful.

From the top of my head, I can not think of a few autoimmune diseases like Crohn's disease (attacks the intestine), multiple sclerosis (affects the central nervous system), lupus (affects multiple organs ), rheumatoid arthritis (mainly affecting the joints).

Allergies and asthma are also associated with immune system disorders.
