Indigestion Back Pain

Indigestion Back PainCan indigestion cause upper back pain and swelling?

Back From time to time my manager swells and I get pain. But it seems to go away for a while after I belch a few times or take an antacid file. Is the discomfort caused by indigestion?

The pain can be caused by gas, but I can not imagine it causing swelling in the back.
