Hello everyone!
Well, I know a very simple but highly recommended treatment for your pains! Try to apply the hot olive oil before going to sleep! You can rub on the skin, regardless of whether the pain is on his knees, feet or whatever. Believe me, it works! Like to try that? " Then, simply reply to this post! Hoping you ~!!!! rapid recovery
I would like to try a patch icey hot I know it is somthing different, but I've always used from the time of the month and they work Miricle.
Take a Tylenol

I do not know my knee hurts all the time when the general advice I skate I wish it would stop!
one you can put a little rubbing alcohol on your lap or just take a day off for a bit and if it does not help see your doctor and mention on the treatment for the knee!
GOOD LUCK! ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

Chiropractor, massage therapist and principles in the book (below)
lot of muscle pain is below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Start with a couple of sips of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a building block necessary for muscles).
Drink at least 1 / 2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy of the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - back, shoulders neck and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The Cure - start with a professional massage, you also want to revisit any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where This offers up the nodes leave. The place where the skull connects to the spine press under the edge of the skull (for access to these muscles).
For more information, read the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes.
