Lose Weight RecipesHow can I stay motivated to lose weight? revenue?

I struggled with my weight since I was in 5th grade. I never liked how I looked, and now more than ever, I am willing to change it. I was exerciseing and eat, but I'm addicted to great food that is terrible for me! How can I stay motivated to continue to lose this weight? and do you know of easy recipes for great, healthy foods that I can do to replace the food terrible, I'm so tempted to eat?

instead of a chocolate milkshake, make a milkshake peanut butter, but instead of using ice cream, frozen yogurt use.

better yet make a smoothie.

Use the stairs instead of the elevator whenever you can. Elevators are one hell of a comfort especially if you must climb or descend some twenty floors. But also lifts make us very lazy. There can be no sense in painfully up twenty flights of stairs, because when you get there, you will be totally exhausted. But going down, if you have time, you can easily go down the stairs instead of using the elevator. Coming down is not at all exhausted. And speaking of timing, I do not think there is much difference. Sometimes waiting for an elevator door to open at your floor once you press the button can take up to eternity.

During a trip in an elevator instead of just standing there and looking stupid figures up or down, try increasing your independence on your toes, then back on your feet. Do this several times. Also try flexing your buttock muscles as well. In fact, there are many muscles in our body that we can shake and flex without inviting the attention of others. Even if others do notice, it does not matter as long as you are flexing a muscle in a decent part of the body. (Most other regions do not have muscles any way.) Others might brand you as a health freak, but it is better to be known as mile a health event than a sack of potatoes .

I do not remember since when I had this addiction and love for food. I guess since childhood. But until recently, I've never seen it as an addition. I met my girl in my office and we were going along well, but I realized that my eating habits over a little pissed off.

I consulted a friend and he recommended me for the year and at the same time, stick to a diet pill like Phentramin-D to reduce my appetite and the temptations to eat more. I found myself on a link, http://p.gs/ci21n
helped me understand how it works and for the past 3 weeks I'm on a diet pill and I started eating less and less. I only eat what my body needs ... Showing results.

Turn on music and dance like wild. Let your hair down from time to time. Back to the days of wild child hood. Close your bedroom door, turn on your sound system to the highest volume possible (but somewhat lower than the level at which your neighbors start to complain) and then do the wackiest dance that you can think of. Jump on your bed and jump again. Roll around on the floor. Imagine that you're Michael Jackson or Madonna (you'll never keep them forever) and never move boogie you know.

Try breathing exercises. You might be surprised to know that breathing exercises too can lead to weight loss. If you do the breathing exercises properly, you'll see that you can exert much pressure on the muscles around the mid section. You may feel a tightening of these muscles each time you inhale or exhale. So go ahead and breathe properly, it is good for you.
