Low Back And Hip Pain

Posted on February 24, 2010.
Low Back And Hip PainHow long did you leave a TENS device for pain in lower back and hip pain? Is there a limit to the shelf life on?

I had severe back pain on both sides, radiating into the buttocks and the left hip for two months. I began using a TENS unit today to limited education. How long can I leave it on?

Mine cut after ten minutes is all I am, ten minutes every hour.

You can leave it for several hours, but it will do nothing for the cause of your pain. It simply prevents the signal from reaching the brain. Get in therapy and treating the cause of pain, then he will really go.

Approximately one hour, leave it off for a couple of hours, then back on, if you plan to use more than a few times a day and you just go home, I would just leave you and not lead Simply plug the pipe machine. That how you do not put things on several times a day. Also change the pulse if it is not doing the same thing for an hour together. Turn on a high as you can stand it, and keep it running as you get use of. Good luck they work well.

I used one for years and I always told 10-15 minutes.

And having a real doctor that you send to a chiropractor, he believes it will be useful.
The chiropractor I was having a lot more injuries because of its treatment.

I'm not saying they are all bad, just the smart thing to do is have a doctor recommends

And when you're done with this nonsense, get to a good chiropractor and he can help you with your sciatica ... :)
