Lower Back Hurts

Posted on March 6, 2010.
Lower Back HurtsThus, the lower back hurt? Try these simple routines 3 for immediate assistance for Hurting Your Back

What do you do whenever your lower back hurt? Most people would immediately reach for the anti-pain pills from their doctor had given them. But while doing some simple stretches you can relief the disabling pain in your back instantly!

Here are some simple stretches you can do right now to alleviate the pain in the back:

1. Leg curls - have a chair, a table or desk nearby to provide support. Stand relaxed with your legs shoulder width apart and place your hands on the support. Tighten your abdominal muscles and slowly exhale as you bend your knees for as low as you can go without pain. Inhale as you slowly recover. Do 10 repetitions of this

2. Hip Rolls - Step back away from the chair or desk that you used as a carrier. Again, legs shoulder width apart, place your hands on your hips and tighten your stomach muscles. Turn your hips to the right 5 times, then turn counterclockwise five times more, assuming you do the hula.

3. Stretch Session - Sit in your chair, and slowly bend forward as much as you can easily go. Try to touch the ground in front of you. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds, then slowly bring your body to an upright position. Repeat 3-5 times routine.

By doing these simple stretches carefully, you should feel immediate relief of pain in your lower back. But if you've experienced the pain as in the lower back, you should never dismiss it as a minor problem or something that everybody knows in their lives. Pain is a symptom and not the real problem.

In most cases, your lower back pain due to underlying disease in your body, if not treated properly, lead to more (and worse) of back problems! Once you feel better after doing the stretches above, you should really look into finding a permanent cure to the real cause of your lower back pain.
