I need help on how to cure muscular pains in the lower leg, I come from a hip injury, I didn't exercise for two months I come off a hip injury, and I did not do any exercise for about two months. I just started running and when I do physical activities that I have much pain in my lower leg muscles, no one knows why and how to do better?
