Most Fertile Days

Posted on February 3, 2010.
Most Fertile DaysFertile Days most of the month - Beware of the policy mistake most!

Can you accurately predict the most fertile days of the month? Is it an indicator that works for all women? For starters there are as many menstrual cycles as there are single women in this world (and there are lots of them). This is not an exact science, but there are techniques to identify when the most fertile in the female fertility cycle .

The most common mistake that women in the estimation of fertile days is to think that ovulation always occurs 14 days after the last day of your period. This is not true that the monthly cycles vary from woman to woman. Your body is changing from month to month.

How can you tell your most fertile days of the month?

  • The most fertile days of the month occur when you ovulate. Ovulation is when one or more eggs are released from one of your ovaries. An egg survives only 24 hours after ovulation. However, sperm can survive about 3-7 days. You have about 4-5 most fertile days of the month.

  • Your period is normally around 12 -16 days after ovulation. Therefore, the average cycle of 28 days (the first day of menstruation being day) ovulation occurs around day 13-15. These are the most fertile days of the month. The least likely time to conceive is one day to seven days.

  • The length of a normal menstrual cycle varies between 23 and 35 days. Ovulation can occur earlier or later in the cycle. The most important thing to remember is that the egg is produced about 12-16 days before the start of the next period. There is always a bit of the estimate in question.

However, there are many ways to predict ovulation and determine your most fertile days of the month. Some are more accurate than others. Once you are in harmony with your body, you can easily find out what changes mean the start of ovulation and take full advantage of these fertile days.
