Muscle pain? Today, after gym, I had terrible, terrible muscle pain and continued for about seven hours. It hurts, especially in my buttocks, thighs, biceps, ankles and trapeziels. I usually never get sore muscles, and they feel like nature that may remain for some time. Should I take Advil for the pain to stop, or is there something better to use as a remedy?
You need to hydrate well before the development of ... Advil will not help make the muscles ... Drink plenty of water and Gatorade that works best for me
I am a user who is ibuprofen what is right Advil? but if you've never had probs w beofre pain / you may have sprained or pulled something, after a recent carwreck "I have found that muscle soreness is not something to reject, perhaps try Advil-if they still bother you-I hope you succeed extract helped! oh moist heat is good too ps under a hot shower works for me sometimes: O)

For now, take a hot bath. Hot as you can bear. So hot that you have your way down to adjust thumb! Hot water is best. I had jobs that I'm on my feet and legs every day to run on concrete and it works very well! You'll feel better just by that. And a pain reliever would not hurt either.
cold bath followed by hot cold hot. Stretch every chance you can get. If you still feel pain after three days. Continue to rest in the pain goes away. Next time, do not do that anymore.
You could have simply overused certain muscles that you do not normally use that much.
I had a little discomfort in my neck yesterday. My brother suggested I took two Advil, so two hours ago and he seems to feel better already.

Try to drink plenty of water or Gatorade and take a hot bath. Try massaging sore muscles a bit after taking a bath. I hope you feel better soon!
