NasalineCan I use regular table salt in my pot Nettie?

I recently bought a jar of Nettie and love, but the result of short nasaline special salt that accompanies it. Can I use regular table salt in it or do I need to find a little more salt special made just for a pot of Nettie?

common salt

You should never use regular table salt. It is highly toxic side heated, and often "iodized" what is bad.

You can get unrefined sea salt, so cheap these days, you should go with that. Celtic Sea Salt is a good thing.

Iodine and anti-caking agents in table salt can be irritating to the tissues. If its the only thing around will it hurt to use one or two times - I doubt.

However, Diamond brand kosher salt is about $ 2 a box, and good old sodium chloride, no anti-caking agents, etc.
You can find it in most grocery stores on the bottom shelf - in the red and white.
