Neck TightnessHow can I reduce the stress (tightness) in my neck and shoulders?

I've always been a very nervous person who cares about almost everything. As you can see, I stressed easily and I get panic attacks quite often. Is there a method / way that I can adjust to relieve tightness in my neck? This leak is causing worries me a lot and I always feel that I can not really breathe properly. Help please!

This is my favorite technique acupressure. I promise it will bring you relief. You can do it for you, but having someone else do it for you can relax even more.

Firmly grasp the meaty part of the back of your neck with the palm of your hand and the flat of your fingers (not fingertips). Hold that grip for about one minute.

Then, using the same socket, grasp each of the two muscles running along the sides of the neck to shoulder tip (called the trapezius). Again hold each handle for one minute. If you do the trapeze handles, you may find helpful to support your arms are working with your free arm by pressing lightly on the elbow ... at least I think it helps me when I do it for myself.

Feel free to repeat the handles as often as needed throughout the day.

Massage at least once a week.

regular massage ... muscle relaxers ... You can also get these things get warm beans in the microwave to put on your shoulders. I see a chiropractor to help relieve tension. if you want to release tension forever if you have to learn to get rid of stress in your life and address the real cause of your blood.

I just started a yoga routine two days ago. It seems to be helping already. I felt a bit last night quesy but I think it's because my back was realignment ..

Breathe, breathe, breathe. I can understand your concern. Even when I do something relaxing, like playing cards, I find myself tensing shoulders. A philosophy professor taught me a technique that helps. First, pull your shoulders all the way, where the back is bent, raise them as high as you can and then push them as far as you can and put them down, not only you are creating a good posture helps breathing, but you have put in place to unwind Breathe for ~ 5 counts, on 7, then for 6 for 8, and keep him minutes. The figures are not really important, just that you're focusing on enough oxygen, and relax your shoulder muscles. If this does not work, get a tall muscular bring you a drink and a shoulder massage, or do it too!
