What is cholinergic urticaria hives or urticaria problems Cholinergic urticaria is a type of skin allergy. It is also known as hives or urticaria. The main reason for this disorder is allergic to pets such as, insects, drugs, environmental factors and a certain type of food. Stress can be another cause. The type of rash that is associated with the disease of the skin contains round bumps that are red. The rash is usually itchy and causes irritation. The rash is usually caused by histamine that is released into the skin. This causes blood vessels to leak fluid resulting in irritation.
If you scratch the rash because of the irritation it will worsen the situation and prolong the pain. Cholinergic urticaria is caused by perspiration and sometimes heating the body through heavy exercises can make things worse. The size of hives varies from 2 mm to 4 mm. These hives are mostly seen on the upper torso and arms. This skin disease develops when the body temperature is increased in allergic reactions and stress. Some even have headaches, shortness of breath, abdominal cramps and dizziness. If you are suffering from cholinergic urticaria, then the first thing you must remember is to reduce body temperature or cool. You can relax in an area that is cool, take a cool shower and drink lots of water. You can also get situations caused by the creation of nervousness, high temperatures and exposure to harsh sunlight Make sure you hydrate your body to cool the temperature. After taking care of the body temperature be sure to identify the main cause and reason of this allergy. Avoid rough clothing that may aggravate skin irritation.
