I can not sleep! My new sleeping pill does not work! What should I do? Tylenol PM and Benadryl will not work, they hype me up even with Niquil. I tried Ambien and Seroquel and Trazedone and they do not work either. I just want to sleep tonight, at home remedies? Ideas?
First .... you should not watch TV or atleast be on the computer for an hour, if not a little before going to sleep ... because the nerves in the back of your eyes when you wake up they see the light ... they think it is morning and you should be awake .... so the lights in the house on foot or low around bedtime to help calm your body and relax for sleep.i actually had a problem realllly bad sleep and went to my doctor prescribed me .. . he "zolpidem 5 mg tablets" for a week ... if you take 30min to an hour before you want to sleep and not follow the light / low light rules ... they get back on track .. but they must be taken at the same time each day. .... Before I was always alll night and never benefited from sleep ... Now I'm fine and can sleep when I want. luck.

First, how long have you been on drugs? Secondly, if you take more than prescribed, he may have the opposite effect on you. Always consult your doctor if you take any medications and dosage. i have trouble sleeping, it took about a week to make the ambient matter, but only after trying other medications and diff. assays.

I do not sleep either.After about 3 nights of 3-4 hours. sleep, I can sleep for about 6. I just had a sleep study done and learned that my legs moved 89 times and my body woke up 108 times in six hours, I stayed there! I also stayed the next day to know why I'm so tired during the day. I had to take naps every two hours. I stayed 4 5 naps.I learned that even if I sleep six hours or if I'm up all night I do not get a good night's sleep gives me energy during the day. I do not know your age but I strongly suggest you talk to your doctor about a sleep study. Before the study, I had a lot to make me fall asleep. Nothing mattered to me b / c I feel the same if I sleep six hours or fall asleep at 5am. I wish you much luck and talk to your mother on the sleep study b / c there are many problems in the long term health effects you may have if your body does not get the sleep they need.
