Pinched Nerve Remedy

Pinched Nerve RemedyHerbal Remedies - Chiropractic History

My name is Ani Kei. I am 30 years old. I am quite healthy, I mean, I went to see a doctor 5-6 times in my life when I was 3-10 years because I had a cold.

In 2005, I had a job that required me to stay up at night and sleep during the day and I only work for 2 years. I do not know if it's related somehow to my illness, but at some point in 2008 I started getting headaches that come back again and again. These headaches were really bad! All I could do was just sit and hold my head with my hands without moving at all because it hurt too much - like a hammer hitting my head to my brain - Terms horrible.

I started taking painkillers and they did very well but, unfortunately, the drugs tend to weaken the immune system, decreased reaction time and they are simply not healthy - as I read in a Clinics natural remedy "to take painkillers when you feel pain is the same as taking a battery of the fire alarm during the fire."

But I continued to live and have my headaches and take my pills on a regular basis until one day a friend of mine injured his back lifting his power and class went to a local chiropractor, as my friend, relieved pain in 15 minutes and after several weeks of treatment my friend returned to lifting weights. My friend gave me a brochure with a description of chiropractic, headaches and their possible sources, one of which had to do with nerves.

Nerves! Yes, my nerves were definitely not OK and I do not want anyone to feel the same pain I did.

The clinic offered free services - assessment, analysis, analysis and so on - I called them and I expected.

The doctor examined me and said I had a pinched nerve in my neck and that was causing my headaches. It required some adjustments, and a series of massages. I waited too long before I came to see him and the state had been aggravated over time.

Well, I was a bit scared whenever my neck and spine cracked but it was actually receiving any right to go, especially when I was rewarded with an extraordinary sense of something new and very nice after each crack. Massage very relaxing and I felt strong, healthy and very calm.

Since then, my headaches have disappeared and not return. I still visit the chiropractor for adjustments from time to time just because I feel incredibly good after adjusted.

I also consulted the doctor about my diet even after the exam (he did not pay for). He said what, when and how often I eat, drink and exercise and what I should avoid being always in a perfect physical and mental fitness to live and achieve my goals life.

I am very grateful to this doctor because he helped me better understand myself and live my life to a higher level of harmony with myself and the world around me. It helped me to still feel healthy, calm and confident.
