Post Natal Depression

I wonder if any there could give me some examples of pre and post natal depression and how you overcome them. How long is it roughly?

I had severe postpartum depression after my daughter, now 5 years old, was born. It lasted a long time, 3 years ... then leads to clinical depression.

I was on medication, I went to therapy. I did win, finally. It took a lot of work, but luckily I made it through. I was hospitalized at one time.

When you say "pre-natal" depression ... do you mean depression during pregnancy or before coming pregnant? Depression during the antepartum depression pgcy is called ... that can last throughout pregnancy.

It depends on your body and many other things. You should talk to your doctor and explain your situation and can help to take the proper medications, exercise or time depending on your body needs.
