Reasons For Lower Back Pain

This is not my period ... I had these symptoms with my period as usual, but they were more intense and lasted longer. Now my period is over and I still have these symptoms, which makes me perhaps its something else? cuz it really hurts! Maybe its a coincidence that I had those symptoms during my period .. but the fact that they are constant and very bad and Tylenol does nothing worries me .. What else can it be?
