Hi Lesli's a good question, but what do you use the selective target specific or broader range of drugs with more side effects and sometimes even unknown if the anticholinergic used not only have effects secondary, but many will not reach the mission it will simply block A CHOLINE just left the playground to the adrenaline that will disturb term gastric motility
Anticholinergics decrease sphincter lower esophagus, which predispose to reflux. Cholinergic Act in the reverse mode.
