Sharp Pain In Side

I sit and when I woke up I had a very strong pain in my side. It was right under my chest on the left side by my side and yet not my stomach. Whenever I suggest it would hurt really bad. What does this mean?

Very probably U have muscle spasms. Take a muscle relaxant and it will be relieved.
