How do I get rid of muscle pain after undertaker return? I know that doing crunches you must use your abdominal muscles, because it is the target area to the undertakers. What do you want, however, is always my back muscles are sore and tired while cracks and poorly the next day. What I'm doing wrong and how can I start getting work from and since I try not work I get back on?
If your muscles sore back after doing crunches, you're hurting. Many people do not crack. When you bite Make sure you're not back pain. If you are, you're hurting. And, most importantly, waste your time. One thing I found that really helps is to get an exercise ball and do crunches on that. The exercise ball forces you to close the undertaker properly.
although I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, or why his back hurts. but I was told that if you work you should do ab work back too so that you do not receive an imbalance. (As if you work your abs and evanutally everything you put on the front will draw on your back, giving you back problems). So anyway thats what I heard from my teacher toning
