1 Turn off System Restore
2. re boot in safe mode
3 Run all your scans
4 start again if clean turn on System Restore
Tip - Nod32 is a good AV but it lacks spyware from time to time (I use Nod32), if you do not use free comodo BOClean please do so.
Make sure the nod32, IMON, DMON, EMON and AMON are activated - an analysis in depth with Nod32
Download the free version of SUPERAntiSpyware. I use this software and there is no conflict with your antivirus. Will find viruses, spyware, adware, tracking cookies. Well known to find what all other miss or unable to delete. When you download the free version update and run a deep scan. You recommend to always reboot after a thing is cleaned.

To do this ....
First go to Run, type msconfig / / then startup / uncheck everything that looks strange, so "if you're not sure what you are unchecking the google just to be sure some of them are necessary for xp to work.
Then after that you will need to restart, after restart a box will pop up make sure you check the little box in the bottom right because it cease to continue to require a restart.
This should stop reload every time.
Then, disable System Restore by clicking Start / right click on My Computer / Properties / System Restore and disable System Restore.
Then do a reboot you will do a scan in safe mode, you can do this by rebooting and before the splash screen is up keep pressing F8 until repeaterly a black screen with instructions.
Choose Safe Mode and the computer will start to load in Safe Mode. When the process of events that is on your desktop will look 30sec more than normal, just open your program with a virus scan and see if that sorts It Out.
Reboot and be sure to enable System Restore again.
This should resolve the problem.
PS I should print it so I will just to be sure not to get lost: O)
