I guess the virus that prevents me from opening it. Can someone tell me how to remove these things (in terms that someone who has no idea of the technical aspect of computers can understand)
Download SDFix from here and save it on your desktop:

Then download TrojanRemover from here:

Install, update then follow the instructions for scanning.
Also download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
Finally Download F-Prot Antivirus from here:

Install and update and restart the application.
Very helpful thank you. The SDFix would not be executed, the Trojan horse proposal had stopped it running well. However, Trojan Remover did the trick for me too. suspicious objects and where TROJ_DLOADER.QQC TROJ_SMALL.BTK. Thank you very much for a great answer. Cheers Report Abuse

Hi Gypsy ...
I can understand your frustration. The best guide I can recommend to help you is http://MySlowPC.co.uk (click on "Troubleshooting"). It covers all the tools you may need to get rid of spyware, adware, malware (viruses / trojans). It also explains important, the best approach to do so, for example, when and how to use safe mode, disable System Restore so the infection is not restored. The guide also explains advance steps such as creating a boot live CD for your Windows files are not locked and infections can be removed and how to slave your hard disk to the system operation does not work.
Let me know how it goes ... Good luck!
The asiest way I can think of is to launch a command line scanner anti-malware. It is free, it does not require installation, so that the malware in your system will not be able to stop the scan function.
In my list I am HubPages instructions with screenshots, it is very easy to work with.
Better to be run under Windows in Safe Mode.
spybo run.
